All facilities that provide Mental Health services are governed by federal laws that prohibit sharing of information without the client’s written consent. At Jake’s House, we respect your right to confidentiality and adhere strictly to these directives.

Each client is solely responsible for his financial obligation to Jake’s House. Whether you have private insurance or elect to pay by other means, you and only you accept the responsibility of full payment in the allotted timeframe. Insurance benefits are often based on ongoing reviews to justify “medical necessity,” namely, a determination of need based on the insurance company’s criteria for continued care. Insurance benefits are no guarantee of payment, but rather serve as a guide to explain likely coverage (OR, a guide to coverage criteria). The client always has the ultimate responsibility for payment.
